ParentPayr Current Month screen showing bank connected, gross support owed, reimbursements, net totals, and Lock & Pay
Current Month

A live, automatically netted snapshot — bank connected, totals updated, and the month ready to settle.

  • Bank connected for direct parent-to-parent payments
  • Gross child support + month + due date in one place
  • Category reimbursements (education, healthcare, advances)
  • Automatic net totals (who actually owes what)
  • Live updates as either co-parent adds expenses
  • Lock & Pay trigger to finalize and settle the month

Why this matters

This is the screen that ends the “wait… what do we actually owe?” conversation.

Instead of debating texts or spreadsheets, ParentPayr nets reimbursements automatically and ties the total to a specific month — then lets you lock it and pay it.

Your co-parent doesn’t have to join. A one-user plan lets you record shared expenses, add notes, and export records on your own. With a two-user setup, connected co-parents can review shared expenses and totals together.

Quick answers to the most common “before I click Get Started” questions.

Quick answers to the most common “before I click Get Started” questions.

Can I use ParentPayr without my co-parent?

Yes! You can start using ParentPayr solo.

Even if your co-parent says they’ll “never argue about money” or “I’d never take you to court,” things can change. ParentPayr helps you create a paper trail now — so if things get messy later, you’re already covered. You can track, organize, and report every expense on your own.

They can always join later... but your records should start today.

Where do I use the code I got from this site?

Download the app and select “Sign Up” on the Login Page.

Enter your contact info and activation code.

That’s it — you’ll activate the features included in your purchased plan.

If you hit any snags, double-check that you're using the same email you used for your purchase (that’s the #1 gotcha).

Still stuck? You can reach us anytime via email:

connect [at] parentpayr [dot] com

(Just replace the brackets — your message will land in the right place!)

Can I export my records?

Yes. Basic includes CSV exports. Plus and Premium include both CSV and PDF reports.

Use your exported records for personal review or discussions with an attorney or mediator.

Is my financial information safe?

Yes — your data is protected with bank-level encryption, and we never sell or share your personal information.

Your privacy, and your child’s wellbeing, are always our top priority.

If you choose to use Straddle to send support payments inside the app (available in Plus and Premium), those transactions are routed securely through the provider’s own platforms — ParentPayr never stores your bank login or account details.

You’re always in control — and your financial safety is never compromised.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Wallet and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed and include an emailed receipt.

FAQ image

Can I add more than two users?

The Premium plan includes View-Only Family Accounts for upto 4 people — ideal for attorneys, mediators, or trusted family members.

You stay in control, and they can see (but not change) your records.

Need more access beyond that? Reach out and we’ll help tailor a setup to your situation.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. How you manage it depends on where you purchased it.

Purchased inside the app?
Open Menu → Settings → Manage Subscription to review your available options.

Is ParentPayr the same as ParentPay?

No. ParentPayr is a co-parenting expense and payment tracking app for families. ParentPay is a UK-based school payment system. The services are not affiliated.

What if I want to talk to a human?

We get it — sometimes you just want real help from a real person.

You can reach us anytime via our Contact page, or email us directly:

connect [at] parentpayr [dot] com
