Can I use ParentPayr without my co-parent?

Yes! You can start using ParentPayr solo.

Even if your co-parent says they’ll “never argue about money” or “I’d never take you to court,” things can change. ParentPayr helps you create a paper trail now — so if things get messy later, you’re already covered. You can track, organize, and report every expense on your own.
They can always join later... but your records should start today.

What if my co-parent never joins?

You can still track every payment, log every expense, and generate court-ready reports — all by yourself.

ParentPayr is built to protect and organize your side of the story, even if the other parent doesn’t participate.

If your co-parent joins later, you’ll both benefit from shared syncing and expense approval, but you never need to wait on them to stay organized and protected.

Where do I use the code I got from this site?

During app onboarding — right after you select your subscription plan.

If you’ve already signed up, just launch the app and follow the prompts to enter your code and unlock full access.

Is my financial information safe?

Yes — your data is protected with bank-level encryption, and we never sell or share your personal information.


Your privacy, and your child’s wellbeing, are always our top priority.

If you choose to use Zelle, PayPal, or ACH to send support payments inside the app (available in Plus and Premium), those transactions are routed securely through the provider’s own platforms — ParentPayr never stores your bank login or account details.


You’re always in control — and your financial safety is never compromised.

Can I download court-ready reports?

Yes — Plus and Premium plans let you export both PDF and CSV reports. You can download monthly summaries, categorized reimbursements, or full-year records with just a few taps — perfect for court, mediation, or personal documentation.

Users on the Basic plan can export CSV files for simplified tracking.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — you’re free to cancel your subscription at any time, right from your account settings.

There are no contracts, no hidden fees, and no awkward phone calls.

Can I add more than two users?

The Premium plan includes View-Only Family Accounts for up to 3 extra people — ideal for attorneys, mediators, or trusted family members.

You stay in control, and they can see (but not change) your records.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Wallet and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed and include an emailed receipt.
