Log it once — category, amount, date, notes, receipts if needed.
Everything rolls into a monthly view so you’re not hunting through texts or spreadsheets.
Know what’s owed, what’s reimbursable, and what’s been paid — with consistent math.
Export a clean PDF/CSV anytime. If enabled, trigger payment from the same workflow.
A live, automatically netted snapshot — bank connected, totals updated, and the month ready to settle.
This is the screen that ends the “wait… what do we actually owe?” conversation.
Instead of debating texts or spreadsheets, ParentPayr nets reimbursements automatically and ties the total to a specific month — then lets you lock it and pay it.
A readable, court-friendly summary: dates, categories, splits, reimbursements, and totals — formatted for clarity, not persuasion.
A spreadsheet export with audit IDs, timestamps, categories, splits, and payment markers — ideal for filtering, reconciliation, or professional review.
ParentPayr doesn’t interpret data or make claims — it preserves an accurate, neutral record you can share when needed.
Because “we’ll track it later” usually turns into “we never tracked it.” Solo mode gives you a calm, consistent record you can reference — and share when needed.
If your co-parent joins later, you can match accounts with a Match ID and move into the full 2-user experience.
Everything is built around clarity: track → totals → payments → exports. No “gotcha” tools. No drama incentives.
Some features require Plus or Premium.
ParentPayr is built for co-parents who want clarity month-by-month — receipts, totals, and a clean timeline. No scorekeeping. No “gotcha” tools.
ParentPayr is a neutral record-keeping tool — not legal advice or enforcement.
Yes! You can start using ParentPayr solo.
Even if your co-parent says they’ll “never argue about money” or “I’d never take you to court,” things can change. ParentPayr helps you create a paper trail now — so if things get messy later, you’re already covered. You can track, organize, and report every expense on your own.
They can always join later... but your records should start today.
You can still track every payment, log every expense, and generate court-ready reports — all by yourself.
ParentPayr is built to protect and organize your side of the story, even if the other parent doesn’t participate.
If your co-parent joins later, you’ll both benefit from shared syncing and expense approval, but you never need to wait on them to stay organized and protected.

You’re always in control — and your financial safety is never compromised.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Wallet and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed and include an emailed receipt.

The Premium plan includes View-Only Family Accounts for up to 3 extra people — ideal for attorneys, mediators, or trusted family members.
